Shipping policy

How long does it take to ship my order? 

Orders for in-stock items are processed within 24 – 48 hours.  Delivery within metropolitan France usually takes 2–6 business days.

Which shipping companies do you use? 

We ship with La Poste Colissimo, Mondial Relay and Chronopost within France.

Estimated transit times:

Mondial Relay (point relais): 3–5 business days
Please note that for Mondial Relay deliveries, we will select a pick-up point near the shipping address provided at checkout.
Colissimo: 2–6 business days
Chronopost: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary depending on the carrier.

Where do you ship from? 

All orders are shipped from Paris, France.

How do i track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, we will send you a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery.

The shipping carrier may also contact you directly using the shipping information provided at checkout.

When is delivery free?

We are currently offering free shipping on orders over 150€ using Mondial Relay service

Where do you currently ship to? 

We currently ship within France metropolitan France only.  EU and international shipping are not yet available.

What is the shipping cost? 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when you place your order.
Please note that shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
