Where can i add the promo code on check out?

If you have a promo code from our store, you can enter it in the cart drawer before check out by following the instructions below:

Step 1: Click on the "Basket" symbol on the top right corner 

Step 2: Once the cart appears, click on the "+" symbol above the price section

Step 3: Fill in your promo code and click "Apply" to benefit the offer on check out

Why are some items sold out?

LULUNAM releases small product drops in limited quantities.This allows us to focus on fit and curation with consideration for production and environment impact. 
If an item sells out, join the waitlist to be notified of the next restock.

How can I be notified when an item is back in stock?

To join the waitlist:

• Click “Notify Me”
  
• Enter your email address
  
• You will receive an email notification as soon as the item is restocked.
