Return Instruction

If you would like to return one or more items from your order, you can choose one of the following options.

Please note that: 

  • Returns sent to a pickup point will not be processed (if customers choose to return items themselves). 
  • Return shipping costs are at your expense

Option 1: Return Using Our Prepaid Return Label

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@lulunam.com or use the contact form to request a return form, detailed instructions, and a prepaid return label*   (*The price for the return label is fixed at €6 per return)

  2. Print the return form and the prepaid return label.

  3. Place the completed return form inside the package along with the item(s) you wish to return.

  4. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.

  5. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Please note: The cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s). If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.

*Refunds are processed up to 30 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Option 2: Return the Package Yourself

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@lulunam.com or use the contact form to request a return form with detailed instructions.

  2. Print the return form.

  3. Place the completed return form inside the package along with the item(s) you wish to return.

  4. Send the package using the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

  5. Email us a copy of the completed return form and the tracking number for your return shipment, so we can organize the reception of your products return(s)

Once we receive your return(s), we will inspect the item(s). If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.

*Refunds are processed up to 30 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
